This dated 1970s North Vancouver Special was renovated to breath new life into it. A series of light trellises and treatment of natural materials in keeping with the West Coast tradition were "Grafted" onto the existing structure to provide a contrast with the original structure, modernizing while maintaining the integrity of the original style.
